Cooling system (cooling water selection and replacement)
1) When the engine is overheating, do not fill the cooling water immediately, should let the engine idle to cool before filling。
2) If you need transportation to local loaders should be stored at or below freezing (or cold place), the cooling system should be based on the expected frost protection minimum ambient temperature, or stored in a greenhouse。
3) Engine cooling water should be used in soft water (river water, rain or clarified later), well water is generally not used, because well water contains more minerals, easy to make the engine water chamber produce scale, the impact of the cooling effect。
4) Cooling water should be added to a long-term cold regions antifreeze。
5) Cooling water filling rate maximum of 20 liters / minute, when the result of too fast filling, bubbles will be generated within the system。
6) When replacing the cooling water tank should be checked only after the discharge of cooling water。
① Cleanliness
② By corrosion
③ Fouling situation
After clearing the above three, reraise new cooling water and start the engine, first run at idle for 5 minutes, then check the water level until after the cooling water is stable, after passing the radiator cap cover。
7) Cooling system, the thermostat should be used throughout the year to ensure optimal water temperature of the engine operation when the temperature is maintained at between 70-85 ℃ in。
8) Cooling system can not work with an acid or alkaline cleaning solution, that may be subject to corrosion, cleaning fluid and reasonable: for every liter of water, add 40 Akzo fetching water and 10 g of sodium silicate。
Note!
① Mentioned in this manual refers to the cooling water softener (hardness of not more than 12 to 14 degrees water softener)。
Softener -1 liter calcium oxide containing 10mg equivalents, its hardness is: 1 °。
② Not add antifreeze cooling water, there is no frost protection. Users can use the ambient temperature change areas of their choice antifreeze way, and to take effective measures for frost protection, and other parts of the body so as not to cause the cracking and losses。
